Why the number has changed

We recently upgraded to a new phone system to give the team a better way of handling calls. It was meant to be a straightforward switch, but a porting issue meant our original number could not be carried across to the new system. Rather than leave you without a way to reach us, we have moved to a new number.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused during the changeover.

Where we are now

The new system is now fully active. We still have some call routing to set up behind the scenes, but the office is reachable on the new number:

Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

Please note the office is closed at weekends.
